Childrens Ministries
Who We Are:
As an evangelistic church ministry, we must “suffer the little children to come unto [Jesus].” We do not “save,” “sprinkle,” or baptize infants; however, we do believe that it is extremely important to begin the training of little ones as soon as possible. Beginning with the nursery ministry, the lessons of God’s Word and songs about Jesus are taught with the desire to plant the necessary Gospel seeds in the hearts of our children. Although we realize that anyone convicted by the Holy Spirit can be saved, we also recognize that youngsters are much more likely to accept Christ as their Savior, and, in doing so, can spare themselves much moral damage down the road by continuing their walk with Christ.

Why You Want to Get Involved:
In order to participate in these ministries, you must first be saved and a member of Pleasant Acres Church. Secondly, you must fill out the ministry background information and children’s worker applications. We are attempting to make our ministry more accountable and better regulated as a safeguard for ourselves and the children we minister to. Contact Pastor Scott about an interest in any of these areas. We have plenty of needs, but we desire to fill the needs with the people God wants to have.
